Sourcing Local Flowers
I love flowers. I love romantic blooms with delicate petals, arching stems and graceful lines. I love robust, sturdy stems and large flower heads. During the spring, summer and fall months, I do my best to take advantage of all of the incredible locally grown flowers Maine has to offer. This year, I have relied heavily on the Maine Flower Collective, which is a marketplace for wholesale flowers across the state of Maine. It is a wonderful resource and has allowed me to discover some new farms beyond the midcoast and southern part of the state.
