What to Expect When Booking Celadon Floral as Your Wedding Florist
1. Consultation:
After your initial inquiry, a phone call will be arranged to get to know you as a couple and learn more about your aesthetic and preferences. Prior to the call, it's helpful to be prepared with your guest count, the style of tables at your reception and the type of dinner service you'll have.
2. Proposal:
You will receive a detailed proposal with inspirational images, in-season flower suggestions and corresponding pricing within two weeks of our consultation. If there is a delay in delivering this to you, we will keep you informed. Once received, the proposal is good for two weeks.
3. Ready to Book?:
Return a signed contract & a 30% retainer within two weeks of receiving the proposal to hold the date. Checks are always preferred, but an invoice can be sent if you would prefer to pay with a credit card.
4. Communication:
Feel free to reach out anytime to ask questions. If there are updates to your ceremony or reception, please keep us informed. Any changes pertaining to your flowers (color palette or quantities of arrangements) are to be made up to one month before your wedding at the latest.
5. The Week Before Your Wedding:
We will reach out to your planner and photographer prior to your wedding day to coordinate timing and answer any logistical questions they may have.
Your remaining balance is due at this time.
6. Your Wedding Day:
Your wedding will be our focus for the day as we don't double book wedding dates. We will arrive early to your venue (often before your planner) to have ample time to unload and get organized. Once your reception tables have been arranged and dressed, we will place your reception flowers. Any on-site outdoor installations, including ceremony flowers, are typically designed last to limit overexposure to sun and heat. Throughout our time on site, we will check in with your planner or day-of coordinator to ensure everything is how it should be.
