Live Well Farm is a historic 185 year-old farmhouse and barn situated on five acres in Harpswell, Maine.

Special features of this venue:
  • Rental includes the historic barn and grounds as well as the charming antique farmhouse, complete with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
  • Ceremony and reception area is at one location- no traveling required between venues for guests
  • Barn can be used as a dance area or for an indoor reception for up to 75 guests (a reception tent is required for 80+ guests)
  • Close proximity to the Casco Bay for an informal waterfront ceremony

  • A modern and comfortable home with refined finishes and a gourmet kitchen for big breakfasts and after hours lounging
  • An antique barn ideal for a small indoor ceremony and reception for 75 or fewer guests and also doubles as a dance area
Outside:
  • Lush perennial and cutting gardens with mature apple trees
  • Outdoor ceremony site with built in benches and a built in arbor
  • Located just a short distance to picturesque water views for a small waterfront ceremony
  • Dine outside under a tent for 80-120 guests
  • A fire pit for lounging and plenty of space for lawn games
